Powered by GREEN GENIUS, Hesburger is going 100% solar in Lithuania! ☀️ From now on, every Hesburger location across Lithuania will run on clean, renewable energy generated by our state-of-the-art solar park. 🌱 This is a major milestone in reducing the carbon footprint of one of the Baltics’ largest fast-food chains and sets an inspiring standard for the food industry. Our new 6 MW solar park in the Trakai region (Lithuania) features 9,300 solar modules and modern tracking technology, ensuring maximum energy production throughout the day. This innovation will prevent approximately 2,587 tons of CO2 emissions annually! We’re proud to help businesses become more responsible and make smarter energy choices. 💡 Together, we strive to #EmpowerSustainability and power a better future.

Thrilled to see our Jurbarkas Wind Park project powering a sustainable future with trusted partners like DS-1. Together, we're making green energy a reality in Lithuania! 🌍💚 #EmpowerSustainability #GreenEnergy #GreenGenius
#DS1Lithuania | Introducing our first project involving power transformer construction for a wind park! We’ve successfully built a 110/30kV transformer at Antkalniškiai Wind Park. Last week, it passed a rigorous 72-hour test and is now ready for turbine integration and electricity generation. 🟡 Antkalniškiai Wind Park, an 80MW wind farm in Jurbarkas district, Western Lithuania, is one of the country’s largest projects, developed by GREEN GENIUS. We’re grateful for their trust and partnership in advancing green electricity and a sustainable future! ⚫️ A huge thanks to our entire DS-1 team for making this happen! #DS1 #DS1Lithuania #NewProject #SolarAndWindParks

At Green Genius, we're proud to have played a key role in bringing Lithuania’s largest energy storage system (2 MWh) and a 1.5 MW solar power plant to life at the UAB Švyturys - Utenos alus brewery. After completing the first stage of the project, the brewery is now able to generate up to 25% of its electricity from renewable sources, reinforcing our commitment to driving sustainable energy solutions. This achievement marks another milestone in our mission to #EmpowerSustainability, supporting the Carlsberg Group ambition for zero CO2 emissions by 2030. We are excited to be making a difference!
A 1.5 MW solar power plant with the largest energy storage system in Lithuania with a capacity of 2 MWh, installed on the roof of the UAB Švyturys - Utenos alus brewery in Utena, has just been granted permission to generate electricity. This project, implemented with GREEN GENIUS, allows the brewery to generate up to 25% of its electricity needs from renewable sources. 🌍 This step brings us closer to full energy independence. The energy storage system ensures that excess solar energy is used exactly when needed, giving even more stability to the production process. 💡 This innovative project is an important part of the Carlsberg Group's goal to achieve zero CO2 emissions from its breweries by 2030. With its climate-neutral production status since 2019, Utena Brewery continues to lead the way in implementing green energy solutions in the Baltic States. 🌿
