We have learnt a lot about our customers and ourselves, and it has been an honour for us to be part of their financial progress, which was beyond our expectations. As we prepare to step into our second year of operations, we are taking our learnings and evolving, hence the upcoming changes so that we can continue supporting their financial dreams in the best way possible.  Change is inevitable, but this is what we need to keep on growing. We are already preparing to introduce a number of new products and features in the near future, which we are very excited about. Grateful for the opportunity to speak at the PJ Startup Festival, where we delved into how digital banks like GXBank are not just pushing boundaries in the financial sector, but also making a tangible impact on people’s lives. It was exciting to share how we’re leveraging advanced technologies to enhance user experience, fortify cybersecurity, and ultimately build a more secure, inclusive, and resilient financial ecosystem for everyday Malaysians—especially those who are underserved. Start-ups in Malaysia have an incredible opportunity spearheaded by our Digital Ministry to collaborate and uplift one another as we strive to create meaningful solutions that improve the lives of our communities.
