We are pleased to share that Setia Aeropod has received the Silver Award in the Developer Category for Environmental Landscape Design at the Sabah Landscape Architecture Awards (SLAA) 2024. This recognition honours Phase 3A of Aeropod Commercial Square, Setia Aeropod, Kota Kinabalu’s largest linear city. Situated next to Kota Kinabalu International Airport and only 5 km from the city, the 60-acre Setia Aeropod features boutique retail offices, SOVOs, a business-class hotel, luxury residences, leisure facilities, and a retail mall—positioned as a key urban destination for business and leisure. The SLAA is an annual initiative that recognises and celebrates outstanding landscape architecture projects within Sabah. 🪔 In the spirit of Deepavali, S P Setia Foundation continued its tradition of celebrating and supporting the elderly through the Sincerely, Setia Festive Assistance Programme. This year’s event at Pusat Jagaan Lekshmy Illam Nursing Home brought joy and care to 34 residents with meaningful activities and essential support. With 23 dedicated volunteers from Setia Eco Templer and Setia Wood, the day began with an uplifting physiotherapy session led by Ms. Aina Mardiana Musa from Hospital Selayang. Volunteers assisted in every detail, from packing donations and creating a Kolam to preparing and serving meals. The foundation is grateful to give back to its communities through donations of blankets, towels, adult diapers, and food supplies, bringing warmth and comfort to the residents this festive season. ✨ #SincerelySetia #StayTogetherStaySetia

S P Setia’s recent RM1.0 billion triple-tranche Sukuk Wakala Bi Al-Istithmar was selected by The Asset Triple A as the winner for the Best Sukuk – Real Estate, Malaysia. S P Setia, represented by Annuar Marzuki Abdul Aziz, FCPA, Chief Financial Officer, and Adrian E S Chew, General Manager, Corporate Finance & Banking, received the award at the recent Triple A Awards Islamic Finance 2024 ceremony held at the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur on 8 October 2024. The RM1.0b Sukuk issuance in 2023 notched-up several firsts – (1) The largest sukuk from the sector, (2) the company’s largest ever orderbook at a BTC of 3x or RM3 billion, and (3) Tight pricing & optimal investor allocation. The award was presented together with the investment banks that jointly arranged the Sukuk, namely Maybank Investment Bank, AmInvestment Bank, HSBC Malaysia and RHB Investment Bank. #StayTogetherStaySetia
