Our colleagues had a fantastic time celebrating the 150th edition of the International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI) conference in Berlin! As it has done in previous years, the conference highlighted key industry trends. The 2024 Shorai program has come to an end. At MS Amlin Marine we believe in developing and investing in our people and our Shorai programme has the simple ambition to prepare the next generation of leaders. Taking inspiration from the word Shorai, which means future in Japanese, the programme is a shared initiative between MS Amlin Insurance and MS Amlin Marine to not only invest in knowledge but also boost collaboration between entities in our group as we want our talents to discover and drive the next transformational changes. We are very proud of our own Kristof Jochmans, Joris Strijd Dan Hawke and Roeland van Amerom who were part of the first Shorai cohort which took place in Ghent at the prestigious Vlerick Business School.
