𝗢𝗻𝘁𝗱𝗲𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗻 Hans Visscher, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. “𝗭𝗲𝗹𝗳𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗿.” Ons team bestaat uit vele gepassioneerde professionals die samen onze unieke zeiljachten creëren. Één van hen is Hans Visscher, al meer dan 24 jaar een onmisbare kracht binnen het bedrijf. We spraken Hans over zijn indrukwekkende loopbaan, zijn rol als Projectmanager Engineering en wat werken bij Vitters Shipyard zo bijzonder maakt. 𝗛𝗼𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝘄 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗻𝘁𝘂𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗷 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱? "In 2000 ben ik bij Vitters begonnen, ruim 24 jaar geleden inmiddels. Na mijn HBO Werktuigbouwkunde (HTS) stuurde ik op aanraden van een bekende een open sollicitatie. Zelf had ik altijd al een zeilboot, dus werken in de jachtbouw sprak mij meteen aan”. 𝗪𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗸𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗶𝗷 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗸? 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴.🌊 Now that the mast is stepped, it is the perfect moment to elaborate on the details and unique features of this exceptional yacht. Project 3093 is defined by its contemporary interior styling, combined with an exterior characterized by dynamic exterior lines, with a modern touch. Furthermore, one of the most important features of project 3093, is its superstructure with ample glass. This provides a surround view from all positions and gives that extra spacious feeling. With the two outside seating areas and a beach on top of this, project 3093 provides plenty of space for guests to relax. Lastly, for a great performance onboard, project 3093 comprises several innovative amenities. Among them two “submarine” anchor systems and a peak shaving battery system providing the guests an eight hour silent period. A special moment we have all been eagerly waiting for. The first contact with the water marks the beginning of a new chapter. In the coming period, we will step the mast and get her ready for the open seas during commissioning and sea trials. What makes Magic unique are her natural tones and appearance, both inside and out. The deckhouse has lots of windows, so when you’re in the saloon, it feels as if you’re in direct contact with the sea. The connection with the ocean is what makes Magic an extension of the sea. So Magic is not just a name, but a reflection of the very essence of nature itself. Reichel/Pugh Yacht Design is responsible for the Naval Architecture, while Design Unlimited has crafted the interior, styled by Pieter Laureys. After three years of extraordinary teamwork, marked by exceptional craftsmanship, this impressive project is now ready to depart our shipyard.
