In 2021, we 🤝 partnered with our member company Philippine National Bank in preparing a case study that highlights why investing in both the physical and mental wellness of their employees by enhancing their productivity and improving the quality of their lives can mean success for their business. Last October 4, Celso Santiago, Jr., MPM (JR), Program Director of PBCWE's Leaders for Change, a collaborative hub for CEOs in the Philippines aimed at building a 🤝 community of practice, represented the coalition at the 4th Research Conference organized by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). With the theme "Navigating Contemporary Workplace Challenges: Insights and Strategies," JR presented PBCWE's latest 📝 Census on Women in Executive Leadership Teams in Philippine Publicly Listed Companies, which highlights the critical role that gender diversity plays in the country's corporate leadership landscape.
