    A new case study about our collaboration with a startup from Estonia FleetFox - a full-stack fleet care platform covering all the critical yet overlooked hands-on operations needed to keep Shared Mobility fleets 100% rental-ready. 📑 TASK The company successfully covered the local car-sharing market in Estonia as well as in other Baltic countries. It then planned to scale up and enter other markets - Germany and Belgium. The company already had basic elements of its corporate style, which were familiar to the industry. However, to present itself effectively, it lacked a cohesive identity and systematic visual communication. Our team's task was to preserve the basic elements of the identity and develop an updated modern design based on them, and to organize the visual communication into a comprehensive guidebook. 💼 SOLUTION ✅ BRAND IDENTITY - Develop an updated identity based on the current style elements of the company: - Refresh the color scheme; - Upgrade all elements; - Develop the concept for the website and the appearance of social media; - Updated the pitch deck according to the new visuals. 🏆 RESULT - A logo that is quickly recognizable and meets business goals; - A successful color palette that clearly reflects the brand's mood and essence; - Organized visual elements that are easily adaptable for any medium and convenient to work with; - A user-friendly guidebook that allows any designer (whether internal team, partners, or contractors) to work with the identity, and the target audience to easily familiarize themselves with the essence of the product.

    We're excited to reveal the updated identity and design system for FleetFox, developed by the creative agency idealers from Kyiv! 🇺🇦🤘 We first met in Riga at TechChill event this spring. Working with them across countries went super-smoothly, and we enjoyed the collaboration. 🤝 The task was as simple as complex: to update FleetFox's branding without breaking changes in the core elements already recognizable in the market. Additionally, the design system and website needed refinement (new web coming soon). The idealers team provided a valuable fresh perspective on our familiar brand elements and implemented excellent ideas to unify our brand's design system, ensuring a cohesive look across all platforms. The result is a bold new approach that stands out in the global market. Big thanks to the idealers team for their creativity and energy! 👏

    Let's talk about why businesses should invest in events💸 last Friday, a memorable Innovators Summit took place at the innovative UNIT.City park. besides the awesome moment of our agency idealers becoming the performance partner of the event (yay!), I was also invited to be the summit's host)) I'm not sure if it's worth mentioning how incredible this new experience was, BUT IT REALLY WAS JUST AN INCREDIBLY COOL EXPERIENCE!🔥 it was the most creative conference about ideas, solutions, and strategies, with diverse speakers, each sharing their own inspiring story. but you know, I want to discuss events in general - do you think they help develop a brand (both for companies and individuals)?🤔I believe they do.  primarily because it's a live interaction with a current or potential audience👭  it's also an opportunity to showcase values.  and let's not even talk about the mentions on social media📲 however, if you just decide to organize an event without a clear communication goal - it won't work. so, here's the formula 🪄: clear goal + sufficient budget + location + engaging partners and speakers = ⚡️successful event for your business⚡️ why did the Innovators Summit sold out? because the event was clearly linked with the UNIT.City brand, and its theme resonated perfectly with its community's interests. On top of that, it was my first experience of hosting an event. But I didn't think about it for a second. After all, who better than the founder of a creative agency that works with startups and innovative businesses to host an innovators' summit.  As a result of this event, we have the following results: 1. 3 new clients for idealers; 2. two new partnerships; 3. received offers to organize a wedding 🤣 Not bad for a beginner in this field 😎 Special thanks to incredible daredevils and innovators, as well as my friends Constantine Yevtushenko Denis Shymanskyi Artem Boiko and all UNIT.City team for their trust 🫶 We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for defending us and enabling innovations to develop in Ukraine 🦾

    Do you know how much information we receive through our eyes? Come on – you’ve definitely read this in an encyclopedia or seen it on TikTok… about 90%! That is, almost ALL information comes to us through our eyes. That’s why losing vision is so scary, and its rapid deterioration is a major cause for concern. While glasses are relatively straightforward, dealing with contact lenses can be a real headache🙂↔️. You might forget them, lose them, or simply forget to buy them, turning your day into a nightmare where you can’t see past your own nose. To prevent such scenarios, Ochi will send you lenses at your convenience! So, our agency idealers had to make sure the startup communicated its value to all contact lens wearers! 📌Positioning The key marketing problem our client wanted to address with their product was the low customer return rate, so the positioning had to consider this. The client approached us during their own pivot, so it was important to retain the current product while developing a new positioning and essentially a new product for the UK market. We decided to create positioning that reflects both empathy and professionalism. We are not a soulless “service”, we are not “Glovo” for contact lenses, we are not an eye clinic. SeeYa is the support and help for all contact lens wearers, operating on a subscription basis. 🖍️Renaming Why SeeYa? Because previously, the name was Ochi. Is Ochi a bad name? Maybe not. We like how it sounds, but… Where did SeeYa come from? Well, firstly, our copywriter loves the song Chandelier🫠. Secondly – “S-I-YA” is very easy to say and remember. Thirdly – “see ya”, short for “See you soon” – is a universal farewell phrase suggesting that the service works on a subscription basis and will definitely “see” the customer again. ⚡️Concept How did we adapt the name and positioning to the identity? We'll show you with our fingers… We adapted the name and positioning…with fingers. No – literally. Which part of the body puts the lens on the eye? The hand? More specifically? Yes, the finger! Such stylish “finger gestures” became the main graphic element. Sometimes a finger puts on a lens and also serves as a cursor for the website. Sometimes it draws attention or shows a number. And sometimes a finger is just a finger 😏. 🪄Logo and Identity The SeeYa logo is a familiar lens storage case. Getting help with lenses from SeeYa is as easy as taking lenses out of a container! 💻Pitch Deck The project concluded with the creation of a pitch deck. The client team chose the UK as their main market. That’s why the English pitch deck was proofread 18 times to ensure all the irregular verbs were in the correct form, catching the attention of discerning investors. The collaboration with the startup took place within the Growth Hacking project by idealers and with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy Program leave a comment with your thoughts on this case – what do you think about such a service?👀

    In April our idealers team attended TechChill in Riga, one of the largest tech events in the Baltics💚 It was an incredibly productive trip, resulting in numerous potential collaborations, partners, and clients. What we loved most was the event's cozy atmosphere which was the result of the organizers' hard work. And finally, the Latvian delegation has visited us in Kyiv! We couldn't miss the opportunity to attend this community meeting and network. Why should events be part of your communication strategy? It’s the best way to build strong relationships with partners and understand your audience's needs and interests. In a time when online interactions and busy work schedules prevail, live meetings offer a unique and invaluable experience and strong partnerships. P.S.  We are grateful to TechChill, Riga TechGirls and all the Latvian and Baltic community for being incredibly supportive of Ukraine in this challenging time🙌

    My precious 🥉 New case by idealers Did you know there are "kindergartens" for our pets? For one such center in London, we developed the positioning and branding. Here’s the story👇 Let's face it, modern life makes it challenging for people to give enough attention to their pets, especially when living in the fast-paced city. But this doesn’t mean neglecting their basic needs and proper socialization. Petstop London, on one hand, “frees the hands” of busy owners, and on the other, allows dogs to spend time without their owners in a beneficial and enjoyable way! 📌IDEA AND POSITIONING After analyzing Petstop’s existing and potential clients (considering the specific mindset of not just the English but particularly “Londoners”), we uncovered a valuable insight: People willing to spend significant money on their pets have a fundamentally different attitude toward them. They don’t want to “own” a dog; they want to “understand” their pet. They see them as full-fledged personalities. ⚡️Thus, we formulated the brand’s main mission: “Making dogs more understandable to their owners.” 🐶And defined a simple philosophical principle by which Petstop lives: “Let a dog be a dog.” 📌BRAND IDENTITY In developing the identity, we primarily relied on the interior design where pets spend most of their time. Check out this incredible sofa 😍 After analyzing colors, we decided to make a bright orange the primary color, complemented by pastel and sandy shades as accents. By the way, you know that moment when a dog runs around like crazy, seemingly playing with an imaginary friend? To capture this insight, we developed mascots – a puppy named Shaun and a rabbit named Rabby, imaginary friends for your pet who always greet you with wagging tails. 📌BRAND BOOK These and many other vibrant graphic elements were compiled into a brand book that became Petstop’s “design bible.” Attributes of puppy life became letters in the brand’s identity and are present on all graphic elements – from collars to car stickers, door hangers to tags, stickers, and decals. This was an incredible experience for us, firstly because we love innovative businesses)) And secondly, despite the clients being in faraway London, the lack of “live” meetings didn’t prevent us from understanding each other and completing the project to perfection! 💪What do you think?

I want to share a new case study that we at idealers developed for the startup Rewish Before working with us, the project positioned itself as a wish list creation service 🎈 The main goal of the project: to empower Ukrainians to embrace their dreams, speak about them boldly, and bring them to life ⚡️ WHAT DID WE DO? 📌 POSITIONING We realized that the project had outgrown being just a wishlist service, and its new features are a clear testament to that. It turned out that Rewish has no direct competitors, as all existing ones are merely wishlist services. So, what is Rewish? Your Dream Planner - a digital community that, through its software, helps dreamers plan and planners dream. By planning your dream, you are already one step closer to making it come true 🪄 📌 BRAND IDENTITY With the new brand identity, we emphasized the concept of visualizing dreams and planning them. Considering the client's desire to retain the brand identity through existing colors, the designer slightly updated them, making the shades brighter and warmer. The logo was created in a restrained style that still retains playfulness. For the mobile app icon, we chose a cloud element symbolizing the steps towards a dream. 📌 PITCH DECK At the final stage of the project, we created an up-to-date version of the pitch deck. We structured all our developments, useful information for investors, and meanings for future users. And of course, it is designed in accordance with the new brand style 💅 Do you ever use wish lists, or do you prefer to keep your friends guessing when it comes to choosing gifts?)))
