Last fall we launched our first ever mentorship program with Changers Hub. This initiative paired Changers Hub members with mentors from Epidemic Sound through a personalized matching process. Over the course of 10 weeks, six mentor-mentee pairs worked together to learn, grow, and support one another. Hear from one of the mentees, Ruqiyo Salah A., Changers Hub member and Procurement Analyst on how she was able to learn so much in such a short amount of time thanks to her mentor Harry Sadler, Software Engineer at Epidemic Sound who carefully curated the program to fit Ruqiyo's needs.
