We’re pleased to announce the launch of the new farmer-led Future Dairy Partnership, with our milk suppliers Arla Foods and Müller UK & Ireland, that aims to accelerate emissions reduction, enhance animal welfare, and protect and restore nature. Diwali is a five-day festival that celebrates the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance. We're thrilled that our Footie for All campaign, in partnership with The Sun, has won the National Media Association's "Making a Difference Award". Claire De Silva, Head of Communities at Tesco, said: "We're so pleased to be able to reach more children with this campaign to give them a Stronger Start. The grants provided to grassroots football clubs are helping to provide more spaces, better equipment, and new kits to children all over the UK, and we couldn't be happier to see the young people who are thriving be recognised. This Black History Month at Tesco, we’ve spotlighted some of our amazing Black-owned suppliers in-store and online, helping customers celebrate the culture and heritage of the Black community throughout October. As part of our Black Action Plan, we’ve agreed Black talent representation targets at all levels, accelerated efforts to attract Black-led suppliers and grow their product sales, invested more than £1m in Black community initiatives and dedicated funds from our Tesco Stronger Starts grants towards the Black community.
