Last year, 15below surpassed 1 billion notifications sent on behalf of some of the world’s most innovative airlines and travel companies. That’s over 2.7 million messages delivered daily, keeping passengers informed and empowered at every stage of their journey. It’s a milestone that makes me incredibly proud—especially when I think back to where it all began. Over 25 years ago, I wrote the first lines of code for what would become the 15below platform. My goal was simple: to help airlines communicate more effectively with their passengers. Today, that vision has grown into a global solution, trusted by more than 70 of the biggest names in travel to deliver seamless, automated messaging at scale. From booking confirmations to flight status updates and service recovery, our technology ensures the right message is delivered at the right time, via the best channel—without guesswork or huge teams of people manually managing communications. Just smart, automated, scalable messaging that helps travellers and operations teams feel in control, even when things don’t go to plan. But passenger communications aren’t just about disruption. As airlines manage increasingly complex tech stacks, maintaining a single view of each customer and delivering a consistent voice across dozens of touchpoints from booking to arrival, is key to building trust and long-term loyalty.
