3BM Studio and Fusion Project Management had a great time attending the Charity Football Tournament arranged by GPF Lewis plc at Shoreditch Powerleague! Thank you for the invite and for getting us involved and a big well done for organising a fantastic tournament! ⚽️ Unfortunately, results didn’t go our way, tiredness, stamina, and the heat got the best of us very early on, but it’s the taking part that counts right! It was a very sunny afternoon filled with goals, tackles, more goals, and friendly competition, all in support of Demelza. Their mission to provide care and support to children with serious or terminal conditions and their families is truly commendable. We would like to send out a huge congratulations to Natalia Cieminska our part 2 Architectural Assistant who has received the following commendations for her work at London South Bank University: AJ Student Prize 2024 Nomination LSBU Division Certificate of Excellence for Achievement Award Year 05. RIBA President’s Silver Medal 2024 Nomination   The end of year show which is currently ongoing and finishes on the 20th July, exhibiting her postgraduate work from both semesters, celebrating the outcomes of the Studio 02 brief. The showcase included collective studio research book into the project sites, floating poster boards that were suspended from a custom-built timber structure and tables abundant in physical models. The project focused on presenting the physical bio-engineered prototypes as alternative solutions, as well as the narrative by turning the attention to a different type of architecture, one that pulls on the threads of our connection to the earth and our dependence on its wellness.   Marshland BioWeave: Masterplanning with Bio-Composite Innovation in a Living Landscape   The visionary intention of the project is to transition architectural design and mode of construction towards a true sustainable economy model. The analytical research, as well as physical experimentation in low tech bio engineered building products, express an appreciation for natural processes and an affinity towards enhancing the landscape while at the same time protecting and promoting the biodiversity of the site.   Why it was nominated for the awards:   Combining waste products, with grown and harvested natural materials, the project delivers a packed solution to the current climate emergencies we have inherited through lack of consideration for the environment that we inhabit. The project successfully unearths historic vernacular references in form and materiality to create a conscious and process driven architectural solution which addresses the lost discourse between nature and industry.   We are very proud of what she has achieved and look forward to seeing her grow as she undertakes her Part 3 in September. #nominee #architecture #design #university #london

🌟⛳️ Last Thursday we held our first charity golf day and what an incredible day it was!🏌️♂️🏌️♀️ 3BM Studio and Fusion Project Management are proud to share that our event was a massive success, all thanks to theamazing support from our participants, sponsors, and volunteers. Your generosity and enthusiasm have truly made a difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The day started with perfect weather and an exciting atmosphere as golfers gathered at Silvermere Golf & Leisure. From seasoned pros to enthusiastic beginners, everyone brought their A-game for a day of friendly competition and community spirit. The course was filled with laughter, plenty of sun-lotion, and some impressive swings!
