4way Consulting are seeking a Technology Agent to work on the National Emergency Area Retrofit programme (NEAR) for various schemes in the South. Assisting with essentially all aspects of Technology and will be working with a site based Technology Team. Responsible for managing the Technology, Communication, Signs & Street Lighting packages from design and construction through to commissioning and handover. Key activities as follows: - Review current design information and ensure a Technical Query is raised where required - Review the programme of works to ensure full scope is covered and sequence and durations are logical - Ensure works being constructed by the supply partners are in accordance with the design and relevant specification - Reconciliation of all existing technology asset surveys and assessment of impact on planned works - Monitoring of site progress to ensure outputs are as expected or reasons for delay captured. - Review of Bulk procurement requirements - Review of scope and programme of NRTS requirements - Review of existing Technology assets and fault status - Assist with all aspects of the commissioning process.
