On Monday, we visited site as part of our role as Technical Adviser for the project named “The Bench” for Dover District Council. ADR Consulting Engineers have been involved in the project design path from RIBA stage 1 and will be all the way through to stage 6. “We are grateful to have had such an influence on the design and strategy for the bench over the past few years. ADR Consulting Engineers are excited to be starting a new housing project with Jenner (Contractors) Ltd for Ashford Borough Council. The project will consist of 54 independent living apartments for older residents alongside 5 apartments for adults with learning difficulties. We are looking forward to seeing the MEP design for this project progress as well as working with new design team members.
