Tessa brings a wealth of experience from the not-for-profit and charity sectors, with a strong foundation as a chartered accountant. Starting her career with a leading accountancy firm, Tessa went on to hold senior roles with a national housing and care provider. Over the years, she’s built a diverse skillset in finance, HR, governance, risk, and estates management, across both executive and non-executive roles. In the housing sector, Tessa’s strategic focus and financial expertise have established her as a highly respected board member and a skilled chair of audit and risk committees. Now returning to the housing sector as Resources Director for a regional housing association, Tessa will continue to champion strategic and operational excellence.
