Looking back on an incredible week of creating content for the first-ever Formula E EVO event in Miami. This was a unique challenge - exactly the kind we thrive on at Aurora. ⚡ We created the track cut for this ground-breaking event, where 11 of the world’s biggest personalities were paired with Formula E teams and professional drivers, given six weeks to prepare, and then unleashed in the fastest Formula E car ever around the Miami International Autodrome. This was a fusion of elite motorsport and digital culture, reaching new and existing fans around the world. We’re proud to share our latest work, In Search of Nature and Framed in Nature - two wildlife series Aurora has produced for BBC Studios. 🌍Launched on the award-winning BBC Earth and BBC Earth Explore YouTube channels to celebrate World Wildlife Day yesterday, these series feature six incredible photographers from around the world, each capturing the beauty of their local wilderness. 📷Rather than flying in an external production crew, we wanted to empower local photographers and videographers to document their world and the wildlife in it. The result is two extraordinarily vibrant, intimate, and diverse series that take us from the snowy valleys of Yellowstone to the coral reefs of Kenya and the tea plantations of India, produced remotely from our London production office. It’s a continuation of our pioneering Creator Network model, which puts storytelling in the hands of those who know their environments best. We’re incredibly proud of this series, the photographers and videographers behind it, and our production team who brought it to life. 💫Jeddah hosted Formula E Rounds 3 & 4 under the lights this weekend! This was the first race in Jeddah and the double-header fixture really made up for lost time. 🏆 Round 3 got off to an incredible start with a first win for German driver Maximilian Günther, with his new DS PENSKE Formula E Team. Oliver Rowland had a spectacular finish for Nissan in Round 4, followed by Taylor Barnard and Jake Hughes, giving the first-ever all-British podium. After a well-deserved third-place finish on Friday for Taylor Barnard, another British Formula E record was made as he became the championship’s youngest-ever Julius Baer Pole Position holder, on Saturday. 🌐As host broadcast partner, Aurora has our operational crew on the ground in Jeddah, supported by our remote production team at the custom-built Westworks Studio in London, in partnership with Gravity Media. The normal calendar resumes in Miami, 12th April and before that we are working on the Formula E Evo Sessions. 🐎🏜 What a weekend it’s been covering the AlFursan Endurance AlUla. This is the fourth year we have partnered with The Royal Commission for AlUla, producing International and Arabic World Feeds, highlights and digital content across this unique weekend of endurance horse eventing. 🏜🐎 Set over two days the events test both horse and rider against the elements of an ancient desert landscape. This was a pivotal event for AlUla as they host the FEI World Endurance Championships in 2026. A world-class field boasting 200 jockeys, from around the world, competed across two events. On Saturday the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Endurance Cup covered 120km over 4 loops. Sunday, the gruelling Al Mutadil Endurance Cup covers the World Championship distance of 160 km, over 6 loops. Welfare is paramount in these events; the horses are carefully monitored by expert veterinary units and cared for throughout. It was a monumental effort from all of our team – very early starts, 10-12hrs live on air, in remote, harsh conditions, so a huge thank you to them and our brilliant partners at EMG Mix Effect Media Interstate Creative Partners and Button Studio. Finally a huge congratulation to the wonderful team at the Royal Commission for executing a world class event and thank you for the trust you place in us to bring this event to life on camera.
