Today Jeremy Hill and I are representing Avegen at the DigitalHealth.London South London NHS Networking day where we are meeting and hearing from the South East and South West London ICS about their transformation plans and discussing opportunities for our outpatient management solution. Key insights so far: 🎯 Reassuring to hear Avegen's outpatient product addresses many of the challenges that the South London ICS' identify as the key priority issues that they need to solve, such as virtual outpatient models, and increasing ability to treat patients in the community through remote patient management. 💷 Cost savings are key. Business cases for new digital solutions need to not only pay for themselves but also showcase a 30% cost saving improvement.
