We're thrilled to share that we are now the exclusive caterer for 8½ London, a Grade I-listed ancient monument with a history dating back seven centuries. Our team helped to orchestrate a gorgeous relaunch for 8½ London earlier this month that guests will certainly find hard to forget (scroll through these photos to understand why!).  Bringing this space back to life was such an incredible experience, one enriched by the venue's spectacular heritage, exciting entertainment, and, of course, wonderful food. Last week, we proudly celebrated the official opening of 8½ London, and what an incredible day it was! Our exclusive catering partners, Blue Strawberry Event Caterers, took the lead on everything—food, drinks, cocktails, staffing, floristry, entertainment, production, and lighting—bringing the venue to life in the most spectacular way. The energy was incredible, and with such high demand, we extended the event across three sessions to welcome everyone! We are proud to share our achievement of the Planet Mark Business Certification for the second consecutive year. Our re-certification was awarded based on a quantifiable reduction in measured Scope 1 and 2 emissions (market-based). This equated to a 30.5% absolute reduction and a 14.9% per employee reduction in market-based year-on-year. We have also seen the following achievements in the last reporting year:  - Building emissions have decreased by 28.6% - Business Travel emissions have decreased by 36.3% - Fleet travel emissions have decreased by 43.5% - Waste emissions have decreased by 2.2% - Water emissions have decreased by 83.9% Our commitment to environmental stewardship is stronger than ever and we look forward to continually developing this in 2025!  #EventCatering #EventProfs #Sustainability #BusinessInsights
