AXA has long offered an excellent provision for both financial professionals who know the company, and individual shareholders. The impression that these audiences are a priority for the team behind axa.com persists, as the service continues to evolve, but an enduring highlight is the company's AXA's results webcasts. They are housed directly within standard site templates, are elegantly designed and have excellent usability. They offer high definition video from the event, with clear and useful controls, synchronised slides (sometimes) and options to navigate via slide thumbnail and/or chapters. No registration is required to access the webcasts, which will please time pressed analysts and private shareholders alike. MP3 podcasts of the calls are also provided, which will be helpful for analysts who prefer to listen while on the move. The archive has good depth, going back to 2002. We’ve pulled together the key elements of a watertight case, based on hard facts and solid incentives, with arguments so strong that even the IR team can’t ignore them.
