Fit-out is fun, but I really enjoyed working on this one recently with Oliver Minter and the Bradford Watts Ltd team. These older building always provide a host of challenges to keep you on your toes. Building Surveyor hat firmly back on for this one.

We’re excited to announce the recent completion of the first phase of our EPC A+ Ferrier Street Estate project in Wandsworth Town for TR Property Investment Trust.   This is part of a larger effort to transform the estate into a sustainable, high-quality workspace, supporting businesses of all types.   Key Features include:   Energy Efficiency: The installation of a 12 kWp PV solar array and new roof lights to enhance natural lighting contributing to the sustainability commitment of this project.   Functionality and Sustainability: The design prioritises practical, sustainable, and low-carbon materials such as recycled stone tiling and Durat vanity units.   Sustainable Travel: On-site EV charging stations and secure bike storage facilities support environmentally friendly transportation options.   Public Space Enhancement: Ongoing upgrades are focused on improving the public spaces within the estate.   Phase 2 is underway so stay tuned for more updates...... We're excited to unveil the newly completed first phase of our Ferrier Street Industrial Estate project in Wandsworth Town! This project is part of a larger initiative to revitalise the estate into sustainable, high-quality industrial workspaces. Key architectural interventions include carefully considered softening finishes to the cladding and brick, a new bold charcoal-toned render to the existing lean-to buildings and the addition of vibrant oversized bespoke canopies, creating a more pedestrian-friendly feel that is in keeping with the close by amenities of Old York Road, Wandsworth Town. Key features include: Design: Internally the neutral palette allows the newly decorated jungle green portal frame overhead to showcase the new playful brand of the site. Functionality and Sustainability: The interior design prioritises functionality and the use of sustainable, low-carbon materials such as the recycled stone tiling and Durat vanity unit. Energy Efficiency: New 12 kWp PV solar array and new roof lights for natural light demonstrate the ongoing commitment to sustainability. Sustainable Travel: On-site EV charging stations and secure cycle storage promote environmentally friendly transportation.
