The voice for water consumers. We're here to help you.
About us
We are the independent representative of household and business water consumers in England and Wales. Our role is to champion the interests of water consumers and make sure that their views are put at the very heart of decision making across the water industry and in UK and Welsh Government. We provide free advice to consumers and keep them informed on the issues that affect their water and sewerage services. Our consumer relations team also take up the complaints of household, business and other non-household customers when they are unable to resolve them directly with their water company. We aim to settle 70% of complaints within 20 working days and 85% within 40 working days and we have been successful in achieving this. All of our work costs each water bill payer about 21p per year. Come and discover more about our efforts to put consumers at the heart of the water industry at ccwater.org.uk

Delighted to have had the opportunity to attend the Government’s Child Poverty Task Force expert stakeholder meeting today, as it publishes details of its approach.
