    As one of the most customer-centric brands in the world, HelloFresh always knew that prioritizing customer needs was the key to profitability and business growth. We spoke with Stefan Platteau, Associate Director of Global Product Strategy and Analytics at HelloFresh, who explained how implementing Chattermill and leveraging customer insights drove the expansion of product offerings and the creation of new revenue streams. By transforming their customer insights into actionable product strategies, HelloFresh have seen the introduction of 7 new brands in their portfolio since 2018, a 500% increase in recipe options since 2015, and an increase from €0.3 billion in 2015 to €7 billion revenue across 18 markets in 2023.
