I was unprofessional, and I was 🤗welcome 🤗. I showed up at a client’s house on a Sunday morning after camping nearby – looking a little dishevelled and smelling of campfire – knowing they’d welcome me in. This is psychological safety in action. This is Anni Townend. Anni is the co-founder of Collaboration Equation alongside Lucy Kidd.
