CPC hosted a great panel discussion yesterday in support of International Women's Day 2025. We welcomed over 100 guests in London and online - bringing together senior women leaders to talk about their experiences in the workplace, followed by an insightful Q&A session.   Discussion highlights included: - Building the pipeline for senior leadership. - How role models and workplace culture shape career progression. - The need for more inclusive spaces for networking - The role of men and allies in fostering change. - How younger generations are driving EDI for the future.   It was clear that cultural change, active mentoring, supportive workplace practices and just being bold can all contribute to Accelerate Action and improve women’s experiences and progress in the workplace.   For more on International Women’s Day please visit: International Women's Day 2025.   #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction #supportingwomen #womenandallies #workplaceequality

We went 'back to school' to hold a series of workshops for Year 9 students (13-14 year olds) at St Joseph's College Stoke-on-Trent. The workshops enabled the students to experience real life challenges in project and cost management and to get a better understanding of cost planning and cash flow forecasting.
