  • Application approved to redevelop The Chilterns Shopping Centre to provide new homes in the heart of High Wycombe town centre. Dandara Living has been granted planning permission by Buckinghamshire Council’s West Area Planning Committee to deliver 303 new build-to-rent homes, the retention and refurbishment of local heritage assets, the refurbishment of 6 retail units and extensive public realm work. The regeneration of this site will play a key role in the transformation of this part of the town centre.   • The site at Renshaw's Yard, in Staines-upon-Thames, where we're acting as developer and contractor on behalf of Greystar (International) is progressing well. The Reinforced Concrete Frame (RCF) is at level 8. Over in Block B the RCF is complete, the windows continue to be installed, and all bathroom PODs are in place ready for connection.
