The UK Government has launched a major consultation, with the objective of making the North Sea a world-leading example of an offshore clean energy industry by building on the UK’s world-class oil and gas heritage, whilst boosting the country’s economy and energy security. Callum and Sam recently spent time with the team at James Fisher Decommissioning, in Aberdeenshire, UK. When conducting our Member Deep Dive sessions our goal is twofold; firstly there is an emphasis on improving understanding of the member company, the services it provides and the good and bad of the marketplace. Secondly - and in return - we provide insight based on learnings from our membership, our interaction with regulators and other stakeholders, and our anticipation of the future of the market. Our sincere thanks go to Mark Stephen, Richard Henderson and Taylor Erridge for hosting us. #decommissioning
