We are pleased to announce that our site at Alderton, Tewkesbury was approved at committee yesterday in line with the officer’s recommendation REF: 22/00998/FUL. This exemplary site provides 48 Net Zero homes and 40% affordable housing under a local lettings policy to ensure that the local community benefit in the first instance. Additionally, a £150,000 package of benefits are provided for the local community. Our team worked closely with the Planning officer to deliver a scheme which respects the existing neighbours and delivers environmentally friendly and well integrated additional housing to meet local and wider housing needs of the area.
