CC Country are thrilled to announce the completion of this 15,000 sq. ft Arts & Crafts period property in Hampshire, including Coach House, Pool Guest House, Staff Accommodation and Equestrian Facilities. The works included major structural alterations, new flooring, bespoke decoration, and joinery throughout all properties on the estate, as well as new M&E upgrade and full landscaping to formal and informal gardens. We'll be showing this project series over the coming weeks, starting with this light filled dining area which was facilitated by the large structural removal of a fireplace to open up the entrance hall. Strategy - a carefully considered strategy will find opportunities to enhance the asset and save months on the programme. 2. Material Choice - understanding the requirement to use like for like materials and budgeting and programming accordingly. 3. Experience - select consultants and contractors with proven experience on Listed properties. 4. Managing Expectations - a skilled team can achieve great success however it's important to manage client expectations. 5. Follow the Rules! All changes to a Listed property require approval.
