Once again, it's wonderful to see national coverage for employee share plans, this time in the Financial Times! Excellent work being done by Hayley Stock and the team at Rolls-Royce in giving more than £700 worth of shares to each employee on the back of great company results. "Tufan Erginbilgic [RR's Chief Executive] said the results had been made possible by the company’s employees, adding that it was “important that you share in our success”. “We want to recognise your contribution to our future success and reward you for the role you will play in it,” he added."
