Truth is, many charity leaders are: - overworked - overwhelmed - struggling with vicarious trauma - lonely - burnt out - combatting compassion fatigue And trying really, really hard. Please check in on folks in the social good sector. Whether they're family, friends, colleagues or acquaintances. Tell them you see the great stuff they're doing, and you're there to support them. Chances are, they need to hear that today 💚
