Today we announce Virgin Media O2’s financial results for Q2 2024. This quarter we reached significant milestones on our target to upgrade the UK’s digital infrastructure through investment in our fixed and mobile networks: - Our combined full fibre footprint reached 5 million premises passed. - Our latest 5G is now available to two-thirds of the country. - We completed the first stage of the mobile Shared Rural Network rollout, bringing better connectivity to rural communities. We also announced a new long-term network sharing agreement with Vodafone UK, further strengthening our position in mobile if the proposed merger between Vodafone UK and Three UK is approved. Our consumer fixed revenue improved over the quarter, supported by a return to ARPU growth, but some headwinds remain - primarily in mobile handset sales. We are focused and progressing with key investments in future growth drivers and remain on track to achieve our full year Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted FCF guidance.
