His talk was a great reminder that data is only powerful when used to create meaningful, long-term customer relationships. Then the first panel of the day 🤝 where we heard from Elton Ollerhead (ASOS.com) Will Pearl (B&Q), Kelly Atkins ( BT Business ), and Aislinn Mallon (The Guardian). They shared practical ways to blend data with building trust and loyalty in a privacy-conscious world. As well as the importance of adding value for the consumers at every touchpoint.
