Reminded once again that my fiancée is more talented than me, even in my own workplace... Real proud getting to see Laura delivering a breast cancer awareness talk. Screening, signs, symptoms, how to check yourself and an overview of the R&D that Prevent Breast Cancer supports. Dead important info for everyone to be aware of and highly recommend any business arranging a health hour talk for your people. Link below for more info: https://lnkd.in/eURTPefM
Fundraising Lead at Prevent Breast Cancer helping to develop corporate partnerships and steward community relationships.
Vicky Blackmore and I had the pleasure of delivering a health hour awareness talk to Havas Lynx. It’s inspiring to see companies like Havas Lynx prioritizing the health and well-being of their employees by hosting sessions like this, and a fantastic opportunity for Prevent Breast Cancer to raise vital awareness about breast cancer. Special thanks to Rachel Dobson for organising the day, and to Felix Mulderrig for rallying the troops ⭐

Was really glad to be able to share our insights on millennial HCPs. Using our proprietary dataset, Point.1, we have started to dissect the nuances of mHCPs psychographically, attitudinally and from a channel perspective. The key takeaway is that we need to radically transform the way we engage with mHCPs if we are to stay relevant. To find out more, just drop me a message. Phil Streit Havas Lynx Havas Health Network Thank you Sabine Louët for the kind write up! Great to connect.
I amplify content marketing messages to boost Pharma and Publishers' customer engagement using digital summaries I Founder of SciencePOD
Millennial HCPs are the most burnt out generation, according to an international survey of over 500 HCPs in EU 5 + UK + China and other territories, presented by Claire Knapp at NEXT Pharma Summit CX and AI in Vienna. These findings matter because the information overload HCPs are sujected to should inform the way Pharma Medical Affairs and Brand or Marketing Managers develop their content. In a nutshell, the survey found Millennial HCPs are cognitively burnt out, and feel less rewarded and less recognised than their older peers for their work. > 40% are more distressed at work than previous generations > 31% experience moderate to extreme fear at work > 4-6 times higher risk of suicide compared to the general population 👉 Why? 👣 Dealing with higher volume of patients 👥️ Dealing with more complex treatment combinations than previous generations 🗣 Media blame HCPs for delays in getting access to doctors and for long patient waiting lists 👉 Impact HCPs' clinical decision making is affected by such cognitive overload and burn out 👉 Solution Use creativity to tell stories that are simpler to better engage HCPs. e.g Biomarker testing not used by 52% HCPs due to info overload. The sheer amount of literature around the topic is a limiting factor. Solution : use simplified metaphors extracted from the literature to inform HCPs of the benefits of using biomarker testing. Ultimate, effective millenial customer engagement hinges on understanding their behaviour better. Some key insights from the survey include: 👉 Millennials do not trust branded web sites. They only represent 19% of Pharma portals traffic. Insights: "You can buy a boomer with ads but you need to earn a millennial." 👉 74% millennials surveyed have created content for socialising. 👉 65% of HCP millennial surveyed are proactively teaching their peers and sharing best practice. 👉 32% of those surveyed estimate their educational work is rewarded and recognised. 👉 36% of HCP surveyed consider AI is a solution to reduce the cognitive load in treatment modelling to support clibical decision making. 👉 38% also recognise AI as a helpful tool for diagnostic and imaging
