Coming to work at Fruit Towers not only means joining a wildly ambitious and unified team working towards realising our dream of delivering a billion more portions of fruit and veg by 2030. It also means building your career in an environment that won’t give you the Sunday night blues. And enjoying shedloads of free drinks. Obviously.

Our values are a big part of what makes us, us. We wrote them to remind ourselves how to do business in the right way while we work towards our purpose and ambition. In other words, they help us make good decisions and get us closer to achieving our goals, so we make sure we live by each and every one. We use them in our weekly catch ups, our end-of-year reviews, in big meetings, small meetings and chats around the coffee machine. They’re even plastered on the walls and hung up in every loo.
Your Development
We want everyone to be at their best, so we take learning and development pretty seriously. So seriously, in fact, that we run a programme called ‘at my best’. Everyone does the course and it helps us know (and grow) ourselves. We’ve also put together stacks of interactive learning materials and made them easy to access, tailored to your goals and available at times that suit you. Not to mention the in-house mentoring and coaching program anyone can sign up to.
