#MIPIM2025 | "In Liverpool we have the Littlewoods Film Studios which is currently being developed as well as Baltic Creative which is a great digital and technical hub for creatives. #MIPIM2025| Members of a high level delegation from Liverpool City Region Combined Authority had a hugely successful few days MIPIM last week. Led by Steve Rotheram, Mayor of the Liverpool City Region the event saw the CA and partners present an £11 billion pipeline of opportunities from across the region to some of the world's biggest investors at the global real estate exhibition. #MIPIM2025 “Collaboration is really important. It’s a very competitive market so finding people’s niches and specialisms is key, particularly for the provincial cities. It’s about focussing on your specialism and building on your strength.”  “The UK is already a Life Sciences superpower - the question isn’t when, it’s happening now.  But you need both scale and specialism to compete.
