Last slide really resonated - don't overcomplicate, start your journey simply and build responsibilities into your business. I still remember a day in COVID, sitting with my head in my hands joining an online meeting to think about Net Zero. I didn't know where to start. Then it became obvious - step by step and baby steps are OK; starts with our people, our communities; embed it in all you do and align with our values. It can not be a tick box exercise that misses the point. Yes, many do that and we try hard not to. But we are not perfect, hence being here today to learn!
