We had a fantastic turnout at our London office yesterday for the healthcare teams’ first conference! Chaired by Christopher Malla, attendees gained valuable insights on the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) from Simon Pawlin, who discussed its key changes, and Naomi Assame and Tim Shurlock from NHS Resolution, who highlighted the importance of organisational culture in its implementation. Laura Bradford, alongside her role as Assistant Coroner, shared essential tips for hospitals on managing the coronial process, while Ed Glasgow and Daniel Freeman provided updates on clinical negligence, psychiatric claims, and the Mental Health Bill.
