The Langham Estate, with nearly a century of history, is nestled in the West End neighbourhood of Fitzrovia, home to some of London’s most diverse and progressive businesses. For the past thirty years, our current owners have been dedicated to making this corner of Fitzrovia a vibrant area. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering a supportive and healthy workplace for all our team members. Mental Health First Aiders play a crucial role in promoting wellbeing, providing initial support, and guiding colleagues towards professional help when needed. Their training equips them to: 1. Recognise signs of mental health issues 2. Provide a listening ear and a safe space 3. Signpost to appropriate support services 4. Encourage a culture of positivity and understanding With these dedicated individuals on board, we aim to reduce stigma around mental health and empower our staff to prioritise their wellbeing. The gallery provides a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talent alongside some of the biggest names in art today.
