Our Trelowen Way, Hempsted development in partnership with Burmor Construction Limited saw us deliver 75 new affordable homes for Accent Group Ltd, supported by Peterborough City Council. The development features a mix of homes, ranging from 1-bed maisonettes to 4-bed houses and includes 23 accessible properties.   This project marked the first use of our eco timber frame system by Accent, resulting in enhanced energy efficiency, lower u-values, and EPC ‘A’ ratings. Solar panels on every roof help reduce energy costs, supporting tenants and tackling fuel poverty.   We’re proud to have worked alongside James Garner Architecture Ltd. to design these sustainable homes, which remain a great example of how modern methods of construction can deliver for the community.   Learn more about this project: https://bit.ly/4g6J2eJ
