Utilities

We provide choice in utility infrastructure, putting our customers first and providing cost and programme certainty.

About us

We’re an industrial and commercial multi-utility Independent Connections Provider (ICP), servicing UK Developers, Local Authorities, Main Contractors and Consultants. We bring developments to life. We were founded in 2007 with the passion and aspiration to offer something which was lacking in the market. More than a decade later and we operate out of three UK offices, directly employ more than 100 staff and are enjoying phenomenal year on year growth. Our success has been built on the capabilities and experience of those we employ. And because we set the bar so high, more than 85% of our work is repeat business for some of the UK’s biggest contractors and developers. We tailor our approach to the specific requirements of every project we work on and pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of customer service in our sector. From the initial design stages, through complex engineering challenges, legal requirements and robust project management, above all else, we’ll give you the benefit of our experience with the aim of building a long term relationship. We’re a forward-thinking, aspirational business and we encourage our clients to join us on our journey, as we strive to reach our corporate goals: 1. To build a culture which is centred around achieving the highest standards of safety for our employees and supply chain. 2. To exceed customer expectations through uncompromised service and delivery. 3. To be the employer of choice in our sector. 4. To be the leading end-to-end constructor, owner and operator of complex utility assets. 5. To deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
