🏆🏘️ Winners Announced! 🏘️🏆 Aptus is delighted to have sponsored Insider Media's 10th Annual North West Residential Property Awards, held last night at Manchester Central. The event celebrated the incredible people, businesses, and organisations shaping the homes and communities across the North West. Our Business Development Director, Dan Owen, had the honour of presenting the award for Small Housing Development of the Year (fewer than 60 homes) to PIC Homes & CODA Studios Ltd for their outstanding development at 119-121 Park Road, Timperley, Altrincham. The project at 119 Park Road features four stunning new-build dwellings in the grounds of a local non-designated heritage asset. The existing building has been sensitively restored and converted into a six-bedroom super home, seamlessly blending both the past and present. 🥂 We were delighted to be joined for the evening by our wonderful guests.
