Taking home a trophy and a fantastic donation for our chosen charity Tommy's.     🌟 This week saw the 60th anniversary of the Advertising Association's Media Business Course, and our very own MD Kat Bozicevich had the honour of convening Day 1!   Alongside Adam Morton, Chief Product Officer at UM London, Kat explored the art of media planning and strategy, focusing on culture, commerce, and community.     🧠 #MentalWellnessMatters at MAD/Fest What a week at MAD//FEST! This week saw our CEO Natalie Bell joined by leaders from NABS, GroupM, and Channel 4 to tackle a brilliant conversation about mental wellness at work. The discussion revealed that over 70% of our industry feel unable to discuss mental health, signalling deep-rooted cultural barriers. The panel covered this critical topic, delving into: 🔹 Burnout & Pressure: Burnout is severely impacting middle management, leading to increased staff turnover 🔹 Proactive Support: Shifting from reactive to proactive support, implementing initiatives to offer continuous support, not just in emergencies 🔹 Inclusion: The importance of efforts to better engage all employees, recognising disparities in program adoption 🔹 Open Conversations: Fostering open discussions about mental wellness and sharing coping strategies, working to destigmatise mental health in the workplace In the words of Natalie, "We still have work to do. We need to help our teams navigate all the different sources of support available, both internally and externally."
