What an incredible night at the Minorities Recognition Awards NI last night at Titanic Belfast ! It was amazing to see people from ethnic minority communities being recognised for their contributions and achievements. Truly inspiring to witness how Belfast is progressing, with some phenomenal speakers doing impactful work to promote diversity and inclusion. It was also great to catch up with familiar faces and meet new people during the night. Congratulations to Diane Wabo, Adriana Morvaiová and the team for pulling out all the stops. Last night’s Minorities Recognition Awards NI 2024 ceremony was an inspiring and heartwarming event! It was a privilege to be part of a celebration that honours the dedication, resilience, and achievements of so many outstanding minority ethnic individuals and organisations. The atmosphere was one of excitement and pride, and I was proud to sit at the table sponsored by Queen's University Belfast with so many inspiring colleagues. We were honoured to be invited to the 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰. It was inspiring to hear panelists share how they're driving meaningful change within their organisations.
