How can racing drivers ensure peak performance when it matters, and how do performance psychology and nutrition play a pivotal role? Achieving top performance in motorsport requires more than just technical skills and vehicle knowledge. Racing drivers need to master their physical and mental states to consistently deliver under pressure. This is where performance psychology and nutrition become crucial components of a driver’s success strategy. Sarah Broadhead, Performance Psychologist and Emily Lepping Smith, Performance Nutritionist from Hintsa Performance spent some time with our driver cohort in Manchester last month. Our Driver Development Programme partners with Hintsa Performance to deliver outstanding support for our drivers, ensuring holistic development both in and out of the car. #MorethanEqual #DriverDevelopmentProgramme #Motorsport #F4 #F3 #F2 #F1
