Set above the historic railway arches of Bankside Yards, the industrial heritage of Southwark is on show as you enter Arbor each day. The South Bank is a vital and ever-evolving site where London’s history is made – from Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre to the Festival of Britain and the development of Bankside Power station into the Tate Modern at the turn of the millennium – evolution and future-thinking are ever-present here. Bursting with cultural hotspots, the South Bank has plenty to offer for after-work downtime. An area that is already home to the National Theatre, the Southbank Centre, Royal Festival Hall, Borough Market and a rich ecosystem of bars and restaurants, will increase in variety as Bankside Yards continues to grow, alongside the arrival of Native Land’s riverside residential masterpiece, Opus. When complete, Opus will be London’s tallest residential building in Prime Central London. Arbor’s South Bank location not only offers lifestyle destinations on the doorstep, but excellent transport connections too. This hyper-connected area, has four rail stations and five Underground stations within a few minutes’ walk, as well as a variety of London buses and river boat stations. Looking to explore the benefits of working on the South Bank? Arrange a tour of Arbor to discover more. What makes a modern workplace a successful one? In our opinion, when it goes beyond just being just a space to work. Arbor’s premium end-of-trip facilities include: ✅ A 330-space cycle storage area ✅ A dedicated exercise room, perfect for yoga or meditation ✅Changing rooms with showers and drying lockers, all designed with a contemporary finish. The result is a whole floor dedicated to wellness, which allows Arbor occupiers to start or end their working day in a stress-free way, as well as a space away from the desk. Private on-floor terraces provide a quiet, calming space to take a break, and take in the surrounding views of London. Arbor has been nominated in the ‘Best Workplace Experience’ category for this year’s MIPIM awards. The result will be decided by a combined public vote and jury panel.
