➡ Maldron Hotel, Park Lane, Manchester ⬅ Simultaneous to the Maldron Hotel in Chapel Street, Navabi also carried out the full mechanical package for McAleer & Rushe on this 268-bedroom 4-star Maldron hotel within a 9-storey building. The Hotel’s facilities included a bar and restaurant at ground floor, gym facilities and a suite of meeting rooms at first floor level. Designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating, the building envelope has a high-quality façade comprised of brickwork, glazing, perforated metal panels and render. #mechanicalengineering #plumbing #heating #ventilation
