Your next customer might never visit your website. Not because they don’t need what you offer. But because AI is changing how people find, trust and buy from brands. This week, Manus AI launched in closed beta. It’s an autonomous AI agent that doesn’t just assist it executes entire workflows. It researches, analyses and writes reports. It plans and runs marketing campaigns. It negotiates contracts without human input. This shift isn’t theoretical. It’s happening right now. And if AI is filtering, ranking and recommending before a customer ever searches, then brand owners need to rethink how they get discovered, build trust and drive sales. 3 Things brands need to do right now ✅ 1. Test how AI sees your brand Open ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity and ask: Who are the top brands in my space? What are the best products for [your category]? If your name isn’t mentioned, AI doesn’t know you exist. And that means customers won’t either. ✅ 2. Stop relying on traditional search AI assistants don’t scroll Google. They pull from trusted sources. If your marketing strategy is only built around SEO, PPC or paid social, you need to also start exploring how to optimise for AI-driven discovery. ✅ 3. Create content AI can use AI ranks content that is clear, structured and helpful. That means shorter paragraphs, clear takeaways and less fluff. If AI summarises your content, is it still useful to the person reading it? Most businesses are still marketing like it’s 2023. But AI-driven search, recommendations and decision-making are changing how customers find, evaluate and buy from brands like yours. If you still rely on customers searching for you, what’s your plan for a world where AI finds the answers first? If you don't have one we'd be happy to chat. Would love to hear how you're thinking about this. #AI #BrandStrategy #DigitalExperience #Marketing #Neverbland #ManusAI

  • Don't forget about play ✨ When budgets tighten, small moments of fun are usually the first to get cut. That's the playful animations, unexpected interactions, and weird little surprises. But those details are what people remember. They make brands feel creative, human, and intentional. A tiny moment of joy that says to users 'Hey, we made this for you to enjoy'. Yes, it’s hard to measure the impact. But that doesn’t mean it’s not there. For example, we let anyone who finds a 404 page on neverbland.com play a quick game of Snake. So if you’re building something new, leave a little room for surprise. It might just be what makes your brand unforgettable.

70% of new business applications will be built with no-code/low-code by the end 2025. As the leader of a leading digital product studio that has spent much of the last decade designing and building custom digital solutions that’s huge, potentially existential! But let’s be honest… no-code still has a bit of a perception problem, especially amongst developers. For years, if you weren’t writing actual code, you weren’t really building something. Now? Founders and fast-growth brands are launching entire businesses without touching a line of code. Tools like Webflow, Bubble, and Make are making it possible to build, automate, and scale - without a dev team. AI will only accelerate this, especially as the likes of Bolt and Framer evolve. 🚀 What this actually means: ✅ Startups can test ideas before raising money. ✅ Brands can iterate faster without waiting on developers. ✅ Lower costs mean more room for experimentation. Sounds great, right? But here’s the reality… 🔻 No-code isn’t the answer to everything. Scaling beyond an MVP still requires real engineering. Off-the-shelf solutions only get you so far before you hit limitations. Patching together no-code tools can create long-term headaches. That’s why we’ve been playing around with no-code at Neverbland - not as a full replacement, but as a way to move faster when it makes sense. It’s not either/or. It’s knowing when to use what. So here’s the million $ question… Is no-code set to make custom development redundant even for more complex applications or is it just another tool in the stack? 👇 Drop your take. 📌 Tag a founder or brand leader who should be paying attention to this shift. 👋 I’m Scott Lenik, founder of Neverbland Group – digital experience and growth partners for ambitious brands. I post twice weekly on AI, DX, and entrepreneurship. 🔔 #NoCode #WebDevelopment #Neverbland
