NORTH STAR SAFETY GROUP – FEMALE RESILIENCE & SECURITY TRAINING   At the risk of sounding a little boastful and brash, we wanted to share some exciting news with everyone.   We’ve just finished delivering our first 3 day Female Resilience & Safety Training (FRST) course at our Training Base in Tunbridge Wells.    This new and exciting bespoke training course for women is geared around personal security, travel safety & security and self-defence. Our aim is to provide training for women, delivered by women, that provides a safe and secure space where attendees are given the opportunity to enhance self-development, self-empowerment and personal confidence. The course content focuses on developing a resilient mindset, increasing personal security - in the home, in the workplace and when travelling - and learning progressive, modern self-defence concepts.    Our inaugural course has been really well received and the feedback has been exceptional. Here’s a sample of what our satisfied customers had to say:   “Brilliant, passionate and engaging trainers with great knowledge” “The practical self-defence moves were taught so well” “I am leaving feeling safer and more empowered” “The trainers were incredible at encouraging every person in the room and helping us to believe in ourselves regardless of our experience levels” “I learnt life-long skills and methods which I will never forget. I loved every second” “Very important work for all women out there. I have gained so much by coming here and I hope to come back for a refresher soon!” “Fantastic course – highly recommended. Invaluable life skills taught and acquired” “Truly great course. Amazing form of personal investment. One of the best things I have done in 2024” “For any companies considering a team-building course, consider this course. Way more beneficial to the female members of your team learning these skills, and our team is a lot stronger as a result”   We will be running further courses in March, June and July 2025, and we will be posting further details on our website:  www.northstarsafety.group   In the meantime if you or your company are interested in taking part in FRST in 2025, and would like further information, you can get in touch with us by email at training@northstarsafety.group or simply give us a call +44 (0) 204 4599 4888
