NORTH STAR SAFETY GROUP – FEMALE RESILIENCE & SECURITY TRAINING   At the risk of sounding a little boastful and brash, we wanted to share some exciting news with everyone.   We’ve just finished delivering our first 3 day Female Resilience & Safety Training (FRST) course at our Training Base in Tunbridge Wells.    This new and exciting bespoke training course for women is geared around personal security, travel safety & security and self-defence. Our aim is to provide training for women, delivered by women, that provides a safe and secure space where attendees are given the opportunity to enhance self-development, self-empowerment and personal confidence. The course content focuses on developing a resilient mindset, increasing personal security - in the home, in the workplace and when travelling - and learning progressive, modern self-defence concepts.    Our inaugural course has been really well received and the feedback has been exceptional.
