Creagh Concrete's work at Bolton UCS continues with installation of sandwich panels and solid grey panels underway. Manufactured in Toomebridge and transported to site then installed via crane. Offsite manufacturing like this helps deliver a robust traditional style construction with the advantage of a fast installation programme. This largely reduces costs, the amount of material waste, helps with our sustainability goals and allows for early access for follow on trades. The Rapidschool® concrete system delivers an exceptional high performing building in terms of cold bridging , airtightness and thermal performance. Got a project in mind? Contact us at structures@creaghconcrete.com This £17.6m extension to the existing school in the centre of Bolton will include new teaching facilities, dining, kitchen, sports hall and an activity studio. The extension will help accommodate Bolton UCS in educating an additional 220 students, growing its capacity from 620 students to 840. 🌐 www.creaghconcrete.com for more information #education #mmc #offsite #concrete #rapid #manufacturing
