About us
Oculo is using AI and deep tech to improve construction industry productivity and make on time delivery the norm, not an exception. Thousands of smart, highly skilled engineers are wasting hours every day on site documentation, progress tracking, and reporting which should be automated. It's a pleasure to be supporting ANT YAPI (UK) LIMITED on this prestigious project in London - it certainly looks like a hive of activity!
Site Visit Project Update: Chelsea Barracks Phase 4 Building 8 This morning I had the pleasure of touring the current works with our project manager Ugur Ozceylan. We discussed the project timelines, quality control and the effective management of subcontractors. Currently on site we have 20 different subcontractors all who need to coordinate not only with us as a main contractor but also with each other as subcontractors. To do this effectively we employ the use of various technologies: - The use of our quality management system - The use of the Oculo system that provides constructive insights for data-informed construction - RDrive by SnagR which connects us as main contractors with our subcontractors, the field team with head office, and data with analytics whilst compiling reports and repeat communication with subcontractors - Daily activity briefings where we discuss next day tasks, coordination's and workload All of this ensures the seamless continued development of Chelsea Barracks; as seen in the video below

Did you know that you can capture high resolution mobile photos of your assets and installation evidence during a scan? 🤳 These are automatically located on your floor plans, and auto assigned to areas to structure your data and reports. In order to save you clicks, and time, we just introduced an improvement that allows you to persist a templated description and category to photos when capturing repeated elements. 🔈 🔈 🔈 Visit our website to read how we’ve been working with Lovell Partnerships Ltd and Symetri Europe to streamline evidence capture for the Building Safety Act. https://lnkd.in/due-CWZt #realitycapture #buildingsafetyact #goldenthread #mobileapp

It has been a pleasure to work with Mulalley and the Oxlow Lane team on this awesome project in East London, as part of our ongoing partnership across the new build portfolio. Fantastic example of BIM comparison and ACC integration used to streamline progress reporting and as-built verification. Well done to the team on this milestone 🏢
Mulalley is delighted to announce the completion of 63 new homes as part of the Oxlow Lane development for Be First Regeneration Limited, the urban regeneration arm of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The scheme included the demolition of the existing 1950’s blocks & the design and build of the new block which included a high-quality build & renewable technologies such as PV & a communal Air Source Heat Pump system to provide the heating and hot water. The design for the scheme was undertaken to BIM level 2 & we were able to integrate and utilise digital recording systems like Oculo and Autodesk Build to a capture the progress and photographic As Built records during the progress of the works. We worked closely with the local community & great care was taken to ensure that the impact of the works on neighbours was minimised, & the project team’s effort was rewarded with a Considerate Constructors Scheme Bronze Award, having previously achieved the maximum 45 out of 45 Score on three separate visits over the course of the works with ratings of Excellent for respecting the community, care for the environment &valuing the workforce. We also delivered a significant amount of social value contributions to the local community, which included working closely with a number of local schools and colleges to facilitate 9 apprenticeships for local people, over £3m was spent with local suppliers or SME’s, new full time employment was created for 58 local people and in excess of £36,000 of financial contributions or resources were donated to the local community. Cllr Darren Rodwelll, Leader of Barking and Dagenham Council visited the development last week, along with Mulalley CEO Eamon O'Malley, and Tim Porter, Delivery Director at Be First. Cllr Cameron Geddes, Cabinet Member for Regeneration & Economic Development, said: “We’ve worked closely with the community on the regeneration of Oxlow Lane, and I’m delighted to see how it’s turned out. Thanks to our programme, residents here are now able to move back to the place they love and into better-quality homes.” Tim Porter, Delivery Director at Be First, said: “We are continuing to deliver top-quality homes across Barking and Dagenham, and the completion of 63 new units at Oxlow Lane is a great achievement. This development builds upon Be First’s mission to create places which everyone can be proud of – we are committed to building a fairer borough with opportunity for all.” George Legg, Construction Director at Mulalley, said: “We are delighted to have worked on this Oxlow Lane project for Be First which has created 63 affordable new homes to help ease the pressure on housing for the local community. We worked closely with local community, and great care was taken to ensure that the impact of the works on neighbours was minimised. We hope the residents will be happy settling into these high-quality new homes.” Julian Sanz 🌈 Vikki Emmines Peter Sharman Brian King Sean Robinson Gemma Peglar
