Paradigm Housing Group is one of the South East's leading housing providers managing 16,000 affordable homes.
About us
We’re Paradigm Housing Group. We manage almost 16, 000 homes across 30 local authorities, predominantly in the South East. Our vision is to make the best use of our resources so that we can provide more affordable homes to those who need them most, as well as offering a fair deal to our existing residents. As a charitable organisation, the surplus we make is ploughed back into building new homes – our Corporate Plan sets out our intention to build 600 new homes a year for rent and sale. We also provide support to the communities where we work through the Paradigm Foundation.

It's great to see colleagues out in our communities on World Mental Health Day. We're pleased that customers enjoyed the opportunity to meet some of our team and chat all things mental health - with a cuppa and some biscuits too, of course! ☕🍪
Mental Health Takeover! Our Customer Involvement, Neighbourhood and Support Teams spent a fantastic morning at one of our older persons' schemes in Chesham to mark World Mental Health Day. We helped raise awareness about mental health and the various support services available. Joining the regular coffee morning—with a mental health twist—provided a wonderful chance to showcase the services Paradigm offers, but more importantly, to connect through meaningful conversations over tea and cake! Our customers appreciated the opportunity to meet new colleagues and openly discuss mental health: “I enjoy meeting people; it’s a great way to learn what’s going on and how everyone is doing.” “The coffee mornings are always entertaining, and I love hearing how everyone is getting on.” “This was my first coffee morning, and I really enjoyed it. We should have more events like this where we discuss important topics, like today’s focus on mental health.” Sara Cassam Sabrina Shah James Montgomery-Heffernan Helen Otto Rachael Kerr Hannah Manyewu Paradigm Housing Group #mentalhealth #customerinvolvement #customersupport #housing #tenantinvolvement #mentalhealthday

A year on from gaining Disability Confident Committed status, we’re delighted to share that we have been accredited as a Disability Confident Employer! 🎉 A disability-confident employer supports disabled people in fulfilling their potential in the workplace, removing barriers for disabled people with long-term health conditions to gain and maintain employment. It also means that as a business we challenge attitudes and increase understanding of disability, creating a more inclusive working environment where everyone feels they belong. After listening to customer feedback about the estate, we had: - Eight technicians provide 35 repairs, with three booked in for the future - John O'Conner (GM) Ltd providing grounds maintenance - Two tipper trucks for customers to remove any bulk waste - 30 bags of litter picked - And, most importantly, an ice cream van and a variety of games for children to play as we engaged with the parents!

We had: 👷♂️ Five technicians on site who completed over 30 repairs and logged 30 future jobs 🍦 An ice cream van and a variety of games for children to play as we engaged with customers 🚛 A tipper truck for customers to remove any bulky waste from their property 🏢 Partners from Luton council to engage with customers 🗑️ Seven full bags of litter collected from the estate. Hannah Manyewu, Executive Director, Customer said “It was great to be out in Luton today meeting customers and making some immediate improvements to the community, with the help of our Repairs and Estates teams.
